Time Frame: Most Commissions can take anywhere from a day for most sketches and Line works to around 3 months for shaded images or comic pages. However, none of my pieces have taken longer than 6months to finish.

Communication: I can be contacted Via Discord(LordZarek), FA Notes(Bluhellwulf), InkBunny PM (ZarekWilfurs), and Telegram(ZarekKayne) and while working on the piece some way to contact the customer is REQUIRED via at least two of these platforms so that updates can be sent or communications received.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: I will allow cancellations on commissions still in the sketching process and will allow a full refund. However, beyond the sketch phase, refunds are given minus the work completed.

Copyright: Customers and Artists share copyrights to the completed pieces. I won't use the art for advertising or resell the image at all, however, my signature must remain visible on the image. I will typically try to keep it out of the way and try not to detract from the subject matter.
 

Works I will/Will Not take: Most subjects are negotiable to an extent. If it's something I am not familiar with I will attempt to sketch it out, but I will not take a piece I know I cannot do. Scat is a hard limit that I will not draw.

Process for Commissions: Sketches have a two-step process, there is a base sketch and a cleaned-up sketch. After approval of the base sketch, no other changes can be made. For the remaining the process is as follows, the commissioner will be sent an appropriate image per each step:
--->1. Base Sketch: Shows the process for the idea, including any skeletal details that show the idea at hand based on the commissioner's request. The idea can be modified up to 5 times until the work is agreed upon.
--->2. Cleaned-Up sketch: The cleaned-up sketch will be a sample of what the lined piece will look like.
--->3. Line Work: Can be modified up to 3 times, but this will be the last time any modification will be accepted.
--->4. Flat Color: Approval of the color will be vital. Once the final color has been approved no other changes can be made to the overall piece.
--->5. Shade: After the shade work is sent over, I allow 3 days for a commissioner to tell me of any changes to the shade work that CAN BE REASONABLY DONE, but no other changes can be made.

Payment: Payment should be made by the coloring process. Payments are made through PayPal, and an invoice will be sent itemizing the details of the commission. If payment is not received updates will cease beyond Line Work and work will halt until payment is made.
